Ryan dressed as "Jigaw" from the "Saw" movies for school on Friday. He did his own makeup; kinda scary looking!
KS played St Louis for the second time this season and won 21-7, proving the first win wasn't a fluke (usually we lose against St Louis). The band put on a special Halloween half-time show. They dressed in their casual Mamo shirt uniforms for the first part of the game, then went to change in the north endzone during the second quarter. When the program started, they ran onto the field in costume! They performed the "Hey Song" with Ryan leading half the tubas around the formation on the field and Mano leading the other half.
They did some other football songs like "Jump On It" with the cheerleaders. Then the Kamehameha Dance Company (KDC) and color guard joined them for "Thriller." It was exciting and energetic, a big change from the seriousness of their regular field show. My favorite costume was the drum line dressed as the "Energizer Bunny." Ryan dressed as himself since he seems to have a style that people want to emulate. Two girls in the band dressed like him for their costumes! Wish I had gotten pics of them.
