For his birthday, Ryan asked to go to Haleiwa Joe's at Haiku Gardens. We go there for a lot of special occasions because it's right near our house. We invited his roommates, and Kawehi was able to come.
Darrell also invited Ehu, Kory, Kolee and Nohi and made the long drive from Ewa.
Got one family photo. Darrell had just gotten a bump on his head from tripping at home and hitting the TV. When I got home he told me he had a "tankobu." I was pretty worried but he said he was ok. (We got it checked out by a doctor later and it was fine.)
