At 3:00 pm, 17 years ago, Ryan was born. Today he turned 17. Sometimes I wish I could have the baby boy back for just a little while (the non-screaming, non-pooping time only).Last year we blew up 16 blue balloons and lay them on his bed while he was sleeping. This year, would have had to blow up 17 balloons...so not happening. I bought some cute balloons instead, one in a guitar shape.
His dad made him steak and eggs for breakfast and Kylie made him a special cake which we picked up on the way to school. He shared it with his friends, who declared it awesome.
He chose Haleiwa Joe's in Kaneohe for his birthday dinner and Grandma and Grandpa, Aunty Jan & Uncle Craig and Kylie joined us.
