I ordered the garlic shrimp and Ryan got the spicy shrimp. This is the garlic shrimp.
They serve the meal with several Korean-style side dishes - kimchee, kimchee choysum, potato salad, chapchae noodles, potato - all very tasty.
This is the spicy shrimp, Ryan's fav. He will usually order anything spicy. Seems like they used sweet chili sauce rather than tabasco like Giovanni's.
When we went before, Darrell had gotten the shoyu garlic shrimp, which was so messy, but he liked it.
We will definitely go there again. Right before dinner time was a great time to go...no one in there but us. Lunch time was way too busy.
Can't believe I never ate shrimp for the first 20+ years of my life because I didn't eat anything vaguely fishy (I still don't eat ANY fish). LOVE shrimp now!
