Darrell's Get-Together

Since this is supposed to be our family blog, I guess I should write about Darrell and his friends too.

His friends from work called to get together at Ige's, a farewell party for him and the two others
who were laid off at the same time. Ryan and I went along too. This was the first time he's seen a lot of them since he was laid off because he was told at the end of the day and left without telling anyone. He had a nice time. Most of the talk was about the difficult time those who are still working are having since everyone is overtaxed, trying to do more work in less time.

At least they still have jobs.
