Woo-hoo, it was a noisy, smoky New Year celebration! Here are Darrell and Ryan outside.
The neighbors had tons of aerial fireworks - felt like the 4th of July at Ala Moana Beach Park or Disneyland!
Mom and I almost got hit by an aerial that got away from them. It came whizzing by and landed near my car. Ryan went over to yell at them to be more careful. My hero!
After the midnight blow-out, we neighbors all wished each other a happy new year. We've lived next to them for so many years; we grew up together and now our kids are doing the same.The evil spirits definitely got chased away tonight! So here's to a better year for all of us!
