thanksgiving 2012

Last year, I stopped blogging in November and never wrote about our Thanksgiving.  I didn't know at that time that it would be Mom's last Thanksgiving with us.

We invited Aunty Shige and Ryan's roommates Kawehi and Paul to join us at our annual brunch at Hawaii Prince.

For dinner, we went over to Ryan, Kawehi and Paul's house.  

Ryan did an awesome job cooking for us.  

Kawehi's mom Michele and Paul's dad Kai also came.

Love that the kids get along so well and that their families are nice too.  "Ohana" doesn't have to mean you are blood-related to be family.
